Palm Court Apartments

This was our second visit to palm court as a family. We really enjoy it here and you feel ‘homely’ and welcomed from the get go. The staff are amazing especially Sal, that man deserves a break! Works non stop yet still always smiling and chatty. Another great member was Julian who worked at the pool bar most days, he’s always happy, smiling and up for a chat and not forgetting Aroa! She’s on the go constantly and always smiling and chatty (even bought me a birthday drink) these guys made our day when we was sat round the pool etc. Also the amazing lady cleaning, I didn’t get her name as we spoke different languages but always seemed to have some sort of conversation together, she’s another that’s always just happy! The rooms are brighter and better now than when we went a few years ago, still could do with better beds though as after 2 weeks it was unbearable. The full place is always cleaned to a high standard and the staff really do go above and beyond for you. Now the bad part of our stay THE STAGS! Omg I’ve never known anything like it. From been sick, to jumping in the pool on the sun beds, drinking round the pool edge and in the pool lining glass bottles up. I know these have come for a weekend ‘lads’ holiday and if I didn’t have my family with me It would not have bothered me but it scared my poor children and they couldn’t even get near the pool Thursday till Monday/Tuesday! Allowing the stags/large groups to stay really makes the apartments a disappointment, I think it would be a fab place for family’s to stay if large groups wasn’t allowed. Overall we enjoyed our stay (apart from the weekends) but if the large group issues isn’t sorted out then I don’t think we will be returning.

Very friendly, good service, pleasant friendly staff going back this Year on two occasions, can't wait nice people to talk to. We go back on the same dates and meet a lot of people who go back at the same time

Very basic no microwave just 2 rings to cook on kettle is only travel kettle not big enough if 4 people are staying in 1 apartment only good thing about is it is in a good place and the bar is cheap 24 hour reception staff was friendly

Friendly people good atomosphere good food at reasonable prices apartments basic but everything you require great location only let down for me was the pool was so cold evem though it was in the 80s Athough near cafe benidorm on the square did not have any noise

The Palm Court Apartments are very basic, but at the price we paid, we weren't expecting 5 star. They're clean and the staff are lovely. Also, the location is good, right at the top of the " British Strip " and about 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach. The only downside for us was there were quite a lot of young groups of lads and they were VERY noisy. I know they're on holiday, but it was ridiculous. Music blaring out of the room, and I mean BLARING at stupid o'clock, doors slamming, screaming and shouting. Had to have a word. There doesn't seem to be much in the way of security to handle this sort of thing. Spoiled our stay. However, this isn't the hotels fault, but there could be more in the way of security to nip this sort of behaviour in the bud. Overall, we enjoyed our stay ( except for the noise ) but I wouldn't return.

Loved this place friendly staff good English speaking food great prices great would recommend this place great location away from the noise but very handy for shops and local bars would highly recommend

the apartments are very small but clean when booking this apartment do not book a room for more than 2 . I booked 3 rooms 1x2 1x2 1x3 as they said the rooms was all right for 3 sharing it was not the 3rd person still had to pay just as much as the rest of us / so don't share a room/ food not bad bar ok but would I go back no

the palm court apartments were clean and fresh quiet location but just 300 yards away from the heart of benidorm nightlife The owner and staff were very friendly We were happy with our stay there so much that we are going back next year

Soft drinks ,lce creams & water could of been cheaper in the pool bar considering they won't allow you to bring your own in🙄But apart from that excellent service from both management & staff.we loved it.no fighting for loungers as even if you rise at noon there still plenty to go at.bar open till all hours so you don't need to move on anywhere.food was excellent & very reasonable.the large rooms have two bathrooms which is grrt when there's 4 of you & two daughters.very central & supermarket just round corner.

Fabulous stay at palm court apartments staff were great and very friendly.The rooms are lovely and perfect size for what we needed, perfect location close to everything. Breakfast was lovely and could always get a sun lounger around the pool.

These apartments are in need of a makeover, the furniture's needing thrown out, the settee had a tear in it, the beds felt as if they were going to fall apart, the fridge had a broken shelf, the kettle was leaking and the worktop was cracked, to many stag & hen party's in at one time made for a lot of noise. Wouldn't go back.
