Hotel Prince Park

Lovely hotel good location rooms clean pool area was lovely bar area was great short walk to the old town 25 min walk to New town 15min walk to the beach

Typical Spanish hotel , food and entertainment geard for spanish guests . I was full board visited restraunt about 4 times for breakfast and about 4 times for supper this was out of a 9 night stay .Choice of food very poor for English clients. Staff friendly and polite, hotel very clean . One night the bar closed 23.30 with people waitng for a drink . Single rooms had bars on outside of windows for security . Steep hill down into resort center .

We had 8 weeks at the prince park of which the first 4 were good, food ok,service good but come 1st week feb every thing changed dinner/lunch,because there were 70/80% spannish we and others thought they catered for them and forgot about the rest of us so the last 2 weeks we ate out.you couldnt fault the breakfast it was great .On a good note our cleaner valerie was great

Overall was satisfied with hotel ,although could do with some TLC. Food ok but did run out of some items a couple of times. Entertainment was excelent. Pool area nice and clean,but in shade until midday.

This hotel is in a good area by the old town. It's clean and the bar staff are friendly.What let's this hotel down is it's restaurant and food. The restaurant looks and feels like a staff canteen and the food is reminiscent of the old school dinners, there was no thought put into the dishes it seemed they went to a store cupboard had a look and thought that will do. Any meat was overcooked as was most of the dishes . If it came in a sauce that's all the description said like meat in sauce or fish in sauce it never said what type of sauce. Breakfast was as bad ,undercooked bacon just lying in oil. The only thing you could rely on was the toast because you cook that yourself.The restaurant staff could not give you any answers to any questions unless you asked in Spanish.

Staff wasn’t friendly or helpful, the food was cold, repetitive and of poor quality, the hotel entertainment was all Spanish so we couldn’t join in or understand what was going on, we wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any British

Rooms lovely... clean.. quiet could do with bigger towels. And the restaurant more staff and food replenished faster.... overall staff were quite nice.. always the odd rude one in any hotel. Pool too small really for the size of the hotel

brilliant little hotel,situated up the hill from the centre of the old/new town,quiet area,with easy access to everything,brilliant friendly staff,food is great and loads of it,hotel entertainment staff are superb(david and joe)..we can't fault this hotel

Clean tidy hotel in old Benidorm much quieter than levante beach area, rooms are clean and tidy, no tea or coffee making facilities so take your own. Breakfast first day was cold so just had continental after that or ate out. Ideal location for us as visiting family 10 minutes away. Overall a nice quiet stay. Pool not very big but always space with plenty of sunloungers for all which is a first for.us

the hotel looked pretty new, and was spotlessly clean, the staff were always friendly, the food was good quality, and the prices to buy drinks at dinner were reasonable priced, there was entertainment during the day and shows at night

I enjoyed my weeks stay at this hotel. It was well located being just a 25 minute walk from the beach and the old town. Although the food was good, the choice of dishes didn't really change a lot during my stay. And the evening entertainment was very bland. But, overall a nice place to stay.
