Dynastic Hotel & Spa

Very pleasantly surprised. Nice clean hotel that was close to the beach, main bars and restaurants. Food was plentiful with a great selection. We had good views over the back of the hotel to the mountains. Pool area Ok but sun loungers seen better days.

What a waste of money we travelled with jet2 it's the worst hotel I have ever stayed in awful ,shabby,run down,smelly,had to ask for towels,food poor and cold no breakfast morning we were leaving didn't open till 8am! Pool not good,staff rude, don't even make eye contact,room cleaning hit and miss,noisy,constant door banging,clientele leave a bit to be desired, on a main road noise all night. Terrible

Excellent location but poor staff attitude. Room not cleaned one day and no food available in morning for morning flight, sauna and indoor pool were far too expensive. Beer was ok and food was fine, plenty of choice

Surrly staff not dining or bar but an English on reception. I had supperior premium which I paid extra for,bath bathroom very poor no mat in shower floor like aan ice rink, nowhere to put soaps and shampoos nnowhere to hold on to.fridge provided with chocolate and crisps that were out of date,floors not mopped Very often if at all bedding changed maybe once in ten days

Went away for anniversary end of Aug 18, stayed at the Dynastic and Spa hotel. Good location.Was ok, a little dated in the room but clean.We didn't stay around for evening entertainment so can't really comment on that.Food choice was a little poor but ok. Poolside was always busy.Staff friendly and efficient.Benidorm as a whole is a great place, would go back next time with the kids as lots for them to do. Benidorm Palace worth a visit, great night.Hire some electric bikes, they are brilliant and you see so much more.

rooms are a good size staff friendly food is very good too there's a ramp for wheelchairs husband loved the huge snooker table the lifts can be a bit fiddly to get used to with your swipe card I would definitly stay again

Very nice hotel .. spottlessly clean .. food was very good and plenty of choise very friendly and helpfill staff .. nice area i used the spa which was lovely.. and had a pedicure. The only downside was the evening entertainment wasnt very good.. other than that a good holiday..

My honest opinion it was a brilliant time the room and balcony were nice tidy everyday for us lovely clean hotel a few minors but most to spoil it the food was brill big pieces of meat very hot and plenty to choose from even bottle of prosecco with dinner all staff I came across were very polite would recommend it and we will use again 👌

Snacks are terrible, OK for kiddies but adults, don't think so. Some of the bar staff look straight through you as if your not there asking for a drink ! Outside furniture could do with replacing. very rusty. All in all a good hotel in the heart of the action.

First impressions, yes it looks the business, but you don't have to look closely to see the problems, the superior room was large enough, even had a kettle and we were all inclusive!! The bathroom was very tatty and looked like it was made up of bits of mdf ,we came back after a day out on the Wednesday- 2 days before we were to come home- and the bathroom ceiling as like a bubble ready to burst, there was a leak in the room above, I called reception and after calling again a maintenance man came and brought the whole thing down, telling me after covers over with another piece of mdf, that it was ok, came back on the Thursday, and it had happened again, I rang reception again, but this time nobody came, couldn't be bothered complaining as we were going home the next day. The sunbed marathon got a bit tedious every day, having to queue till 10am then a mad dash to get a sunbed that had been trampled on or already broken! If you have 200 guests you need 200 beds!! The food was just edible, the snacks were indescribable!! No more said!! I won't be going back and if I do go back to Benidorm it will be half board, I think I've learnt my lesson going all inclusive!!
