Dom Pedro Vilamoura

The hotel was very nice. Staff very polite, professional and helpful. We did not go all inclusive so I cannot comment on the meals but breakfasts were top quality with a wide range of food for different tastes. Good pool and golf facilities. The only reason for a 4 star rating was that in our other room the air conditioning did not work properly. We should have reported it and it may have got fixed. Overall I can highly recommend this hotel.

Really lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Only down side was the bathroom. Needs some improvement. Shower was really old and when turned on sprayed everywhere. Food was great. Always something to suit all tastes. Vilamoura is a beautiful area. Would definitely return.

Lovely hotel to choose for our first ever visit to Portugal, Just a short stroll to the Marina with plenty of restaurants if needed. A small supermarket and bars across the road very handy. Large grassed area with trees if shade required for sunbeds around a large pool not heated Greeted warmly on arrival by staff, all staff we had dealings with throughout the holiday where extremely friendly and helpful always with a smile While at the outside bar one day I witnessed a rather rude and demanding woman speaking to a barman/waiter how he kept calm and professional I don't know I was ready for saying something on his behalf he deserved a medal, wish I could remember his name. Had a vip pass for the spa and gym because of the type of room booked which we didn't realise so that was a nice surprise used this every day. Really enjoyed our stay thankyou

Very good hotel with very friendly staff. The only negative point was the Gym & Indoor Pool which was an extra 10 euros per person per day. We were told by reception that we needed to book in advance as it would only fit up to 50 guests. When we went to look at it, there were only a few machines & a small indoor pool and the place was deserted, probably because of the ridiculous daily charge.

A very good hotel. Lovely rooms. Superb staff. Wouldn't recommend going all inclusive here though. There wasn't enough variation in the food although its good quality. The soft drinks and beer werent of good quality. And they really need to have proper tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms instead of a nespresso with only 4 complimentary pods included for a week. Would stay again but only bed and breakfast.

The hotel was in an excellent location-quiet but only a 6-7 minute walk to the marina and restaurants.Over the road there is a supermarket and 2 particularly good restaurants Ferraras restaurant(italian) and Colombo, a steak house. The weather was very warm but because it was classed as winter the air-con was not on.The room was extremely hot when we got there and we had to sleep with the door open at night.Thankfully it was a fairly quiet location at this time of year.The bed was very comfortable.I felt that the bathroom needed a little updating but was perfectly adequate and the shower was powerful. The staff were friendly and efficient. The pool was not heated so cold at this time of year although you could use the indoor pool and gym free of charge because of the time of year.The grounds were nice-plenty of grass area and natural shade from the trees around. Breakfast was fairly good.There were plenty of tables and a coffee machine which made excellent milky coffee or whatever you fancied. We enjoyed the holiday and the weather was fantastic.I would say the hotel was more a 3+ star rather than a 4 star mainly due to the fact that the air-con was not available and that the bathrooms needed updating.

A great hotel and a short walk from the marina and restaurants. Good size room and balcony with all facilities. Large garden with plenty of sun beds around the good sized pool. Breakfast buffet with a great selection of hot and cold offerings. Evening meal can be a buffet or a la carte if you wanted to dine in. Good size bar with nightly entertainment. Would certainly return

Having just got back from Dom Pedro the only problems I had with it were The air conditioning was very noisy so you had to open the door to cool the room down, but when you did this the two large fountains at the front of the hotel were also very noisy, So you are in the middle of a rock and a hard place or do you, 1, leave the air con on and here that blowing hard or 2, open the door and have the two large fountains running all night like water touture, You choose My advise is make sure you get a room at the back of the hotel

Amazing location, lovely hotel appearance due to the refurbishment, On site spa facility is really nice however they charge you £7.50 after your first visit which is free. Facilities are not worth this in my opinion but definitely worth your free visit. Room 327, located right where the lifts are. This meant it was very loud in regards to the ‘ding dong’ inside the list once arriving at the floor but also people coming in and out of the lifts. Very loud echoey hotel which can be very annoying when you are trying to get to sleep. Pillows are very comfortable, however the bed is rather uncomfortable. The air con in the room is ancient, very very loud and not very cool at all. Aside from this, the hotel is nice and very clean I think we was just not unlucky with our given room. Would probably stay again as we got a cheap deal
