the hotel blew us away, really impressive, very clean, great facilities, gym, 3 pools, hairdressers, stunning reception area with waterfall. The rooms were huge in our apartment and we even had a dishwasher. Superb hotel, friendly cleaners, reception staff - faultless. Do not worry about this hotel being near the strip - its a 5 min walk and you cant hear anything - it really is far enough away so please be rest assured. we had 2 kids 11 and 9 with us - we all had a great time. lovely place and Wow factor hotel. We had a foam part in the pool on day 2 - totally unexpected and brilliant - we all loved it. GREAT FUN!!!

The hotel was quite and clean .Some parts were a bit dated, but the bath room new. We were bed and breakfast there was plenty of choice. If you wanted to cook there was no oven only mircowave. Which we didn't

we had A one bedroom apartment it was ok except from the noise from the road, the hotel should have another entrance from the footbath as you have to walk through a under ground carpark which cane be dangerous I nearly got knocked down with a car, the hotels location is good.

Much better than the reviews we had read before our holiday. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Maids sorted the room out every day. Reception staff a dream. Fantastic flavoued water at the reception and sweets every day. Free sangria. wine and juice 1 evening to meet other guests ( nice touch ) and again FREE. Brill pool and outside bar staff, pool area properly cleaned every night and all the loungers and brollies put back to a very tidy state ready for the next day. I could go on and on Nice Hotel Try It. Hotel situated close to the Worms roundabout so traffic noise during the day No noise in the room and no need to leave the sliding doors open at night bacause the rooms are air conditioned.

we found the hotel clean and the rooms cleaned every day and towels changed daily my wife and i had a one bed apartment very spacious loads of room for cases the kitchen was a bit dated but everything worked although we only made toast air conditioning in both rooms was most welcome two balconys but the view was not very exciting another block of rooms . but all round amost enjoyable stay my only real dissapointment was the cleanliness around the pool

Not a 4 start hotel as they claim. Daily room cleaning service poor. After 4 days the bins had still not been emptied. Bed linen supposed to be changed twice a week and towels three times a week. Both actually changed only once during 10 day stay. Hotel bar advertised as open 10am until midnight. More often than not it was not staffed. One day asked at the reception and was advised someone would come to serve me. Went back to bar and stood for approx. 15 minutes and nobody came. Food in restaurant good but choices limited and a bit repetitive. The same pasta dish served up several times over the 10 days.

Had to change plans due to monarch but been to alberfuira lots of times so new what to expect from resort but the hotel and location were a bonus nice clean and well maintained hotel staff friendly and helpfull good location for strip easy acc to old town in taxi less than a fiver Food ok but I am not keen on buffets

Would highly recommend this hotel. It is spotlessly clean which is a must for me and hubby. Location is excellent we was spoilt for choice. Quite a distance from the beach but the hotel lay a coach on which is free. So it takes you there and picks you back up. Twice a day.

Excellent stay hotel good location staff friendly.the only thing I would say the breakfast at swimming pool bar was the worst I have ever had, sausages were hotdogs and I don't know we're they got there bacon but it was like cardboard and for 8 euros I would expect better.never tried food in the hotel it's self tho.

Lovely hotel, great location. Spotless comfortable rooms. Helpful friendly staff. Got a bit rowdy towards the weekend several stag parties arrived. No trouble during the day but quite loud early morning coming home from nights out. Didnt bother me and my husband but a few people with children were disturbed. Would definately stay again.

Room, service and staff were excellent. They couldn't have done more for us. Extremely pleased with the service we received. The meals were excellent as well. There was always a great selection at breakfast.

An excellent hotel. Although it was a quieter time of year, still an excellent service from all the staff. Food was excellent and the room was extremely comfortable. My only gripe was that you sometimes had to ask for access to the pool area and I think that it's not something that you should need to do. Apart from that an all round excellent experience.

Booked as a last minute break for my partner and myself. We were not disappointed. The location was ideal. Really well stocked and cheap supermarket just across the roundabout. Couple of minutes away from The Strip. Around a 20 minute walk from the old town. Hotel very well equipped. Spotless pool area and always plenty of loungers. All staff pleasant and very helpful. Would not hesitate on recommending this hotel.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, very clean, fantastic breakfast would definitely go back and recommend it to family and friends. Ideal location only fifteen minutes walk into the old town. Plenty of restaurants open in November and the weather was extremely warm for this time of year.

Was a little worried about the apartments thought we mite of ended up in a 18/30 but was pleasantly surprised they are lovely and clean quite spacious (there was only myself and husband) in a great spot for all the bars and a short walk away from the old town . The only thing that spoiled it for us was we tend to sit on the balcony a lot in the afternoon and late on in the evening for a drink but we were given a room at the back and the only view was the hotel across (very close) my husband asked for a front room but was told we had one of the best rooms so No. hence only 3 stars that spoiled it for us.

Hotel way better than expected , the location was handy for both shops, nightlife & beaches, you need to be prepared to do a bit of walking here, but it's really pleasant to do so , Really nice bakery/coffee shops nearby
