Stayed here for 2 weeks without being informed English were in a minority. We felt intimidated & unwelcome and alone for the largest part of this holiday. You should advertise this for this hotel. Disappointed customers that are doubting using Jet2 for future holidays

Atlantis Hotel
04 Aug 2018
Just spent two weeks at Atlantis Hotel. Had a fantastic holiday but unfortunately I wouldn't return. The staff were all lovely but it wasn't for us. The all inclusive package isn't what I would call all inclusive.....the drinks weren't great, neither was the food or day time bar snacks. They really don't cater for children in the food department. Towels and beach sun beds are chargeable even for all inclusive visitors. There are no where near enough sun beds and even less umbrellas. I'm my opinion 1200 guests for this hotel is far too many for the amenities available. The rooms were ok. Beds were too hard for us but that's just personal preference. The air conditioning wasn't great. Kept breaking, had to report it 3 times and even when fixed wasn't brilliant.
We did have a lovely holiday but wouldn't return here.

A brat holiday hotel
13 Dec 2016
Would certainly revisit the hotel. It is in an ideal situation a lovely walk, about a mile into Kos town. The walk has bars shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is lovely, our bungalow next to the beach was great. The only downside was the all inclusive drinks were beer and wine only before 7pm, so no cocktails around the pool in the afternoon. The entertainment is outside and therefore very weather permitting.

Poor facilities inadequate and unsafe room and very poor service
09 Oct 2016
From walking into the hotel and all the way through our two week stay we suffered inadequate and poor service. On entering the supposedly 4 star hotel after a long day's journey we were made to wait in the lobby for every one else to check in for almost an hour without a drink of water with two young children and all our bags before being shown to our room. We were told by the hotel that the cot required for our 1.5yr daughter old was extra despite having booked a package holiday for the whole family. I declined to pay there and then and went back to my paperwork to find NOTHING about extra cost. Only to later be left messages in my hotel room asking for payment. I contacted out rep who advised it was a mistake... Not good enough and all those other families who were in the same check in paid! How many others have th hotel wrongfully taken this payment from? We were shown to our room which was in a lovely position on the outskirts of the complex close to the sea. Inside the room were three single beds the third clearly added to the room for our son and an extra cot which made it very tight on space. The cot was placed by plug sockets so we moved it to where there was a small table and two chairs which meant that we could not use these for our entire holiday. The room was basic but clean. The bathroom was appalling, tiles unlevel and unsafe, rusty soap holders and dirty mouldy grout. The bath overflow had a gaping hole which my daughter cut her finger on! There eas a hole in the side of the bath which had been badly filled with something similar to silicone but was falling out and exposing another hole/ point of risk for little fingers. The mosquito nets had holes in and because of the energy saving situation, which meant that the key had to be in a device on the wall to get the air conditioning on, we were unable to keep the apartment cool when out it also count leave the windows open so the room was always so hot on our return. The air conditioning also had to be fixed twice. The mattresses were appalling, we asked for a topper and to have two singles made into a double which was granted without question. They placed what can be described as a quilted blanket over the mattress but strangely even though the beds were pushed together and a double sheet was placed over the mattress topper was single!? The cleaner we had was lovely. She cleaned the room everyday and changed the beds twice a week. The staff generally unfriendly and had made me feel uncomfortab

Great place to stay, shame about the daytime beverages
06 Oct 2016
My husband and myself had a 2 week holiday at the Atlantis. The transfer time from the airport was approximately 30/40 minutes. When we got to the hotel we were checked in very quickly. Reception hold on to your passports for an hour or so then you can have them back again. We requested a sea view room which was a little bit extra at the time of booking but not much and it was well worth it. We were in one of the taller buildings which had an amazing beach/sea view and we could also see the 3 pools and the pool bar. We could even watch the nights entertainment from our room.
The room was spacious with two single slightly larger than single beds plus a sofa that also could make a third bed without having to pull out or too much mither. We found the beds very comfortable as the mattresses were slightly harder than at home. They only had one pillow each which wasn't too much of a problem for us but may be for others - I'm sure they could accommodate for more if asked. There was plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space and enough space for toiletries in the bathroom as well. The bathroom had a full sized bath and a shower. The shower produced hot water all of the time though the pressure was a little low but didn't cause any problems. The room also had air conditioning and a safe - both free of charge.
We only used the restaurant in mornings for breakfast and for an evening meal and I can say we were very happy with what was provided. The breakfast menu didn't vary that much, but there was a great variety so you would never go hungry or not find something to suit your needs. As for the evening meal, once again lots of choice - the salads are lovely and are slightly varied every evening and the main dishes also change from one evening to the next. Through the day we just had snack from the pool bar which usually consisted of sandwiches, pizza, cheese pies and maybe donuts or an ice cream.
If we had any complaints about the hotel it would be these - 1) alcohol 10am to 7pm consists of poor lager or strong wine. No other alcoholic drinks available to us until after 7pm. 2) sunbeds are chargable to Atlantis customers on the beach, around the pools they are free & plentiful.
The animation team are also great and have things going on through the day & evening as well. These include aqua aerobics, darts, water polo in the day and karaoke, discos, shows at night.
Overall a great place and would recommend to people just a shame about points 1 & 2 that I made

Great family hotel
05 Jul 2016
Lovely quiet location, straight onto the beach with fantastic views. We found that this hotel seemed excellent for families as there were many activities for children to do throughout the day. We went as a couple and still had a great time. We could relax if we wanted to or go and seek out some evening entertainment. The biggest let down for us was the food but this was just personal preference. It was a nice simple walk into the town of Kos passing many little bars and restaurants.

Perfect Holiday
24 Jun 2016
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday to Kos staying in the Atlantis Hotel in Lambi. The hotel, food, grounds were all supurb. We stayed in one of the bungalows in the grounds which was situated right on the beach front - just perfect. We would definately go again and are thinking about going again this time next year. perfect holiday.
