Sofi Beach

The sofi Beach was the best location we have ever been to and the family who run it are so friendly and helpful we were self catering and only had breakfast in the hotel once as wanted to try different places to eat and we did not get disappointedx Would definitely recommend for couples and only thing it lacked was entertainment in Stalis but pubs were nice just no live music or shows very relaxed area. You can also visit different areas easy enough by bus or taxi.

Fantastic location - right on the beach.......rooms cleaned regularly & towels changed couple of times a week - sheets changed weekly. Lots of steps to get down to the Hotel but worth it as it's so peaceful, but still only few minutes up the steps to all the activity - bars restaurants etc. All in all we had a good time there (This was my second visit). Zak & George were very helpful - didn't see much of George this time but he was behind the bar last time we visited. Bathroom could do with updating but great location & reasonable Hotel.Weather was still hot even though we went first 2 weeks in October!!

Great central location and straight onto the beach. The studios are very basic but everything you need. Zak and his son George do a very good job keeping the bar and hotel running smoothly. Towels and bedding changed regular. Very nice swimming pool and always sun loungers available during our fortnight, small charge for beach loungers (4 euro) but well worth it as lovely little bit of beach in front of hotel, with nice breeze by the sea. Our room was a side room but had a side view of the sea, if you can get a front facing studio would have fantastic view. Only down side was had to hold shower head as no hook and very poor water pressure, main wet room plug hole on floor was quite grubby, overdue a good clean.. These are very small criticisms would recommend, for the cheaper end of the market I don't think you can get much better. Would go to this hotel again and Stalis is such a lovely place.

Basic room shower was useless with only having a teickle of water coming out, room lack of cooking facilities, towels and sheets only changed once when there.air con was extra charge and then did not work, no lift had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with heavy luggage, not good
