Tsokkos Gardens Apartments

Lovely hotel very clean food was good not much in the way of entertainment also need something to tell people what is on so didnt know what was going on in the evening we used the station pub which is just around the corner from the hotel

Lovely hotel. Excellent customer service. Daily maid service. Towels changed daily. Both adults and kids loved entertainment. Lots of choice for food. Only niggle was not enough kids choice of food but there was a snack bar by the pool with burgers and chips so never went hungry Would definitely recommend for families.

Nice pleasant hotel close to beach, amenities and local restaurants and bars. Friendly staff, clean modern rooms, huge pool with plenty of sunbeds.Food very good with good selection and choices. Bars serve good selection of beers, spirits and cocktails.

Clean & friendly hotel, the furniture and bathrooms in the apartments were a bit dated but solid, nothing that you could really complain about at the price. Food selection was smaller than some hotels we have visited but there was sufficient choice and what was provided was good quality.Plenty of sunbeds to go around and several nice pools to choose from. Nice for a weeks break in the sun but probably wouldn't want to stay longer.

This was the second time we had stayed at the Tsokkos Gardens Hotel and it will not be the last. We loved our holiday and find the friendliness of the staff at the Tsokkos Gardens Hotel makes it the ideal place for an extended family holiday. I read the reviews and thought I had made a mistake... but I found the reviews to be opinions. The hotel is great, the staff are fantastic. The rooms are clean and tidy and cleaned every day, fresh towels everyday. Great view of the pool,we were 4th floor and pool side. Standard rooms are comfortable for 2 adults and 1 child any more than that and I suggest you book a 1 bedroom apartment. There isn't much around the hotel except other hotels. Station pub is nice and the beach just down the road is lovely,great watersports too. I recommend a local restaurant named Kalamies- by the sea on Kalamies beach,book in advance as it will be full! Staff at the hotel are very helpful from maintenance to housekeeping to reception and the restaurant. Not much for older kids to do,there is table tennis and pool table and the day entertainment of water polo, water volleyball etc is good. Evening entertainment needs some work. Bingo is a laugh though! Food is typical all inclusive,there were lots of options the chef and team work really hard.... you can always find some thing to eat. Always 2/3 meat options, fish option, rice,pasta,evenings are themed, embrace more than the chips, lots of fresh salads and even soup. Breakfast is also fine,again there are cereals,full english style and continental, freshly made mini pancakes were a winner..last day... we didn't have wristbands taken so were free to enjoy our all incl until leaving- late flights. As we booked with jet2 we had use of the water park,this was fine but can be busy with paid customers and other hotels guests,also you can't use your all incl band so need to pay for drinks and that can be expensive- €9 euros for 2 water and 1 fanta. All in all,great holiday would book again.

we stayed in an apartment at The Tsokkos Gardens,ok it was a little dated but other than that I have no complaints.The maid was in every day cleaning and bringing us clean towels.The pool area at the hotel side was very busy so we stayed around the apartment pool which we preferred anyway. The food was great,a different theme each night (i.e.) Mexican,Italian,Chinese,plenty to choose from. The area itself was fab,very family friendly,we especially liked Only fools and horses pub which sold great cocktails and had a pool table so the kids were happy.The entertainment was ok,I forget the main guy who does the entertainment but he was so funny,definitely likes the sound of his own voice 😂. We walked via a long wooden walkway on the sea front to Fig Tree Bay which took about 30/40 mins but we didn't mind,it was so beautiful there and George's restaurant was fab,the beach is busy but the sea is so clear and warm,we loved it there.We also took a trip to Aiya Napa for the day which was a bus ride away,it took about 30 mins to get there and only cost 4€ 50 for 2 adults and 2 children,so really cheap to travel on the bus. One thing we recommend you try whilst there is a visit to The Magical Water show,it's a little pricey but worth it,we thought it was great,it cost our family of four 75€,you could walk to get there but we took the bus which took about 5 mins,you need to get off near macdonalds in protaras.All in all we had a fab time with fab weather and we would definitely come and stay again.

Overall very good. Apartment very clean and adequate. Location very good. Hotel facilities were very good and the food excellent. The entertainer was a bit repetitive but overall good The pool area and availability of sun beds excellent.

Hotel not 3*+, very dated I need of a good referb but that reflects in the price, it's our second yr at this hotel and would love to stay again but found the pool area dirty and the sunbeds never got washed down, just the silly little touches. Staff and entertainment team are fabulous and overall we had a brilliant stay and holiday
