Odessa Beach Hotel

A very enjoyable week with welcoming staff including a great first impression made by the room porter . The food was plentiful with a good choice and bar service throughout prompt and friendly. A special mention to the entertainment team who enthusiastically work so hard all day with various activities. The downside was our Accessible room that had a poorly situated shower that flooded the room and no side loo paper holder meaning a person with muscle problems had to stretch behind to reach or put the roll on top of a bin as was done to get round this ! The sunbeds were rusty ,stiff and need replacement. The excellent public areas should be matched on updating the decor throughout.

We were all inclusive and could dine at 5 different restaurants, an Italian which appeared to serve frozen base pizzas, a Greek which was good, in-house restaurant where the staff were not bothered about us being there, a Chinese and Mexican which were great. But the last two were closed a lot of the time limiting our choice of eating.

This hotel is very nice, clean and friendly. The entertainment team tried very hard to get people involved. Marcus had a great voice, Miren very versatile, Ruby Ann lovely and friendly and Georgia also very friendly and hard working

My first impressions of the hotel were that the staff were very friendly and welcoming. At the check-in at the hotel was very fast and we were given a compilatory drink at the reception free of charge.The reception area of the hotel and pool area were very modern but other areas of the hotel like the carpets in the corridor looked outdated could do with updating as lets the hotel décor down. My hotel room was very spacious along with size of the balcony we had an amazing view of Cyprus protaras as well as watching the magic dancing water show from our balcony each night The bed was very comfortable and had no problems sleeping. Food was different varieties of food to eat every night. Beach was only two minutes walk lovely views even walking around the area during an evening There are some negative parts to my stay at the hotel as the safety deposit box was broken and had to be fixed which was quickly mended. Problems with other guests that was all inclusive spoiled the holiday as they had been drinking all day round the pool as other hotel residents mentioned to us during our stay. The last few days of holiday I found ants in the room informed reception about the ants and housekeeping sort would out the problem. I would come back to Cyprus protaras but maybe a different hotel

Have been here twice before but was really surprised by the recipient vamp -very chic. We were all in lusive and loved the dining out alternative but was still included in our pacage. The Chinese was delicious and eating in the hotels 2 options was divine - excellent food, really good service

Very comfy beds. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Food ok. The entertainment team are very professional but need their bosses to spend more money on their equipment but they make the most of what they have.

Just returned from Odessa beach nice hotel wonderful location very clean rooms we stayed alinclusive the drinks are good quality the food is ok overall a nice place to stay the beach is lovely the sea is crystal clear and only a 2 minute walk from hotel
