Crystal Springs Beach Hotel

Crystal Springs Beach Hotel was a fabulous hotel, made even better by the exceptional care staff took to go over and above, not only in service but also getting to know guests and spending time chatting. The choice and quality of food and drink in the pool bar was more like an a la carte restaurant, serving food up until 8pm. Huge thanks to George, Dina, Anastasia, Fotini and Svetlana for being so lovely every day. The team in the main bar and buffet restaurant were also very friendly and attentive, especially Ustav and Nadine. Hadibe made up our room every day and warmly greeted us whenever we saw her. Olesya from guest relations was also a pleasure to chat to. We also enjoyed speaking to “Mr Chris”. We loved the music which played throughout the day in the pool bar, and especially the live music in the afternoon. Towels were available all day from early until late and there were always sun beds free at any time. Although not part of the hotel, the small beach was a couple of minutes from the bar and you could easily take drinks down. The Room had a lovely view and there were plenty of hangers and lots of drawers and storage, much more than most hotels provide. The robes and slippers were also a nice addition. The staff shared their tips and rang a bell when tips were given which had a lovely team building effect. Initially we thought we were quite a long way from visiting Protaris, which I expected to be a quiet seaside town but after visiting, it was a cross between Blackpool and vegas with themed bars and very commercialised. We’re preferred pernera which was accessible by bus or to walk to. Protaris was also only a short bus ride away if you are looking for a lively night out. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing, quality holiday with great food.

A gorgeous hotel, pretty gardens, absolutely spotless throughout, our room was spacious and well decorated, bathroom lovely and modern, great shower. I am very fussy but i cannot fault this hotel on anything, the staff work so hard but are never to busy to stop for a chat and a joke. UTSAV in the buffet restaurant, lovely hard working lad, so friendly. Food was very nice (we did B&Bl Lovely pretty Gardens well maintained. Never had to fight over sun beds as plenty available. The hotel is a bit out of the way of bars /restaurants but the bus stops right outside the hotel for Ayia Napa /Paralimni /Protaras for a few euros. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The staff were excellent, rooms brilliant, food excellent and even if yuh get up at midday you can get a decent sun bed. We love this hotel.

Crystal springs beach hotel what a wonderful hotel rooms are lovely cleaned evertday restuarant well maintained cleaned as soon as sombody drops somthing the staff work tiresley pool area so relaxing pool bar serves really nice meals through the day plus branded alcholic drinks the garden area is beautiful plenty of sun loungers fresh towels everyday located right on the sea front nice breeze aswell which i like not too far from penera and protaras just a short walk along the beach front to be honest this is our second stay at crystall springs having stayed here in 2016 in my opinion its got better from start to finish a fantastic stay thankyou to to all the staff for a lovely holiday

Lovely Hotel , staff at this hotel can't do enough to help you Manager to waiters etc all great Food in pool bar is great all drinks are branded not local brew Plenty of sun beds no rushing to get one which is a plus Meals in main restaurant not as good as Pool Bar

Had a lovely long break at this gem of a place. Its not too big or too small its just right! The hotel is very friendly and welcoming with a great level of service. It felt like being with family. The rooms were a reasonable size with a nice shower room (walk in shower). We had plenty of room and everything we needed including a fridge and safe at no extra charge. The view across the pool and gardens to the sea was spectacular. My only negative was the bed mattress was VERY firm and not as comfortable as I like. The food was mostly good in the buffet restaurant and very nice in the pool taverna bar which has a menu and is freshly prepared. The bar serves premium brand drinks, nice cocktails and decent wine and beer so all good. The pool is a good size and of course the beach is just a few steps away. I wish I was back there, I will certainly return soon.

Would return many times as possible.There is peace from the start to finish of your holiday. The staff were outstanding couldn’t do enough for you. The food there was a wide choice which would suit all. This not for people who want the bright night life. If it’s peace and quiet you want this is the place

What a diamond of a hotel. Staff very attentive and pleasant service fantastic and location was pretty spot on. We had a lo Ely relaxing holiday and it's ideal for just that if you want excitement this isn't the hotel for you . Not alot to do but lounge by the pool . Evening entertainment outside by the pool bar kept getting bitten by midges. Also lack of communal toilet facilities one for entire hotel .

Fabulous hotel!! Extra little touches of bathrobe, slippers, welcome with wine and fruit made it extra special. Very roomy comfortable room, with walk in shower, very nice free shower gels etc. Extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly staff! Nothing was too much trouble. Not only do they have maps of areas you want to visit, they’ll also take time to explain where you’ll get off bus and best places to visit. Also they’ll give you a bus time table. Food was fabulous. Very large range to choose from, with different themes each night. All cooked fresh, regularly refreshed and cooked. Pool area, gardens and beach were simply lovely. You’ll never have problems finding a sun bed.

This was excellent for the chill out break we were looking for but not far away from the local hub. Staff and food were fantastic, clean and staff would always help if needed. There was direct access to the beach and plenty to see within easy distance or local transport.

Fantastic idilic location with beautiful gardens and heavenly scents. A minutes walk to a quiet little beach with clear blue waters and lots of little fishes to see. Vast selection of food with very good attention paid to a gluten allergy within our party. Hats off to the chef for looking after us so well! Very comfy bed with air on that did just the trick for a very pleasant stay! What more can I say... Thank you!

The hotel and staff were excellent the hotel however was a little far out from protaras half an hours walk the maels were excellent and the all inclusive service brilliant I would definitely stay at the hotel again and. Recommend it to anyone the down side is the entertainment could be updated a little on the whole an excellent holiday
