Colleague discounts

All Jet2holidays and Jet2.com, colleagues who have been with the company for a minimum of 6 months and who are not working their notice period are entitled to the discount. Seasonal colleagues have to book their holidays whilst they are in employment and have to take their holiday no later than 3 months after their contract end date. You will need a valid work email address and job title. The global address list will be used to validate employment status.

Once you have found availability at your two preferred hotels featured on our page, you will need to submit your enquiry form via the website. The Colleague Discount Team will then be in touch within 7 calendar days with a quote for the hotel you’ve selected. If you’d then like to book your holiday, the team will check with our in-resort agent to see if the discounted rate is available. Please be aware that it is the hotel’s discretion whether they accept or decline a discount request. If it is accepted, you’ll need to pay a £60 per person deposit via Manage My Booking within 48 hours to secure it. If you are travelling in under ten weeks, in which case, the full payment is required.

All travel documentation/vouchers will be sent to you via email four weeks before departure. Included in these vouchers, you’ll find an invoice for the accommodation section of the booking. You’ll need to present this on arrival in resort. Your vouchers will be sent from the Colleague Discount Team.

No, you cannot request a colleague discount on a Jet2holidays booking you have made previously, or on a Jet2holidays booking that does not feature one of the contracted hotels on this page.

Yes, but as the colleague you’ll need to travel on the booking. You can make a maximum of two rooms per booking using the scheme.

There is no limit on the number of holidays colleagues can book per calendar year.

Those on maternity/paternity leave are entitled to the same colleague benefits which you can access via the website at home. The site is mobile friendly and can be accessed by typing in the URL address.

Standard Jet2holidays booking conditions apply, so this means you’ll pay a £60pp deposit. You can then pay the remaining balance as and when you like up to 10 weeks before departure. The only difference is that you will need to pay the accommodation cost directly to the hotel on arrival.

Yes, Colleague Discount can be used in conjunction with your unique £200 off colleague discount code, and free child places.

To make a change, you’ll need to contact the Colleague Discount Team. If the team are unable to make the applicable change you will be redirected to the Pre-Travel Services team. The standard Jet2holidays amendment fees will apply.
