It was great time to spend in this hotel. The staff was friendly, the food was excellent and delicious with a large selection. The red wine was good in the restaurant, but outside in the bars it's too cold .

Excellent rooms, excellent food, excellent pools. Good play areas, good evening entertainment, good resort bars and restaurants, good local pools, zoo’s & theme parks. Work on point… Transport out of the hotel (taxi’s) need to be more available/ frequent.

We spent 9 days in the hotel including Christmas as the family of 3 with 6 years old child. All inclusive package. Reception staff: I didn’t feel very welcomed to be honest. Especially female staff were reluctant to listen what I wanted to report. We were asked to specify what time we were going to have breakfasts, lunches and dinners. We have never asked this before. It was difficult for as to declare this right on our arrival Where we were tired and sleepy. The receptionist pushed on as too much and I found it inappropriate. Restaurant staff: Excellent service, hard working, busy and still looked happy and made guests felt welcomed. Bars. Can’t comment on alcoholic drinks as we didn’t have any. Coffee from the coffee machines was bad quality. To be honest the worst I have ever had being on holiday. I could not stand the taste, tried to drink it on 2 occasions but just couldn’t . I wanted to buy espresso from the bar but the lady who served there was rude. She told me off that used the wrong cap for the tea. Food: it was ok and I wondered why so many bad reviews. There was everything needed for vegetarian, vegans as well as meat eaters. I was delighted they had an apple vinegar and Dion mustard so that I could prepare dressing to my salads. Sardines was my favourite food. Christmas dinner was amazing, with live music, great atmosphere and it would be even better if carols were played.Great selections of sea food, fish and meat. Unfortunately we had to queue for far long to get anything on our plates. Room. Was ok, nothing to complain. I found towels quite small. I’m a size S and it was not enough big wrapping around. Also there were no additional towels for hair. I found pillow hard and too thick. Area: great for runners and joggers. Dunes are amazing. We had a Professional photo shoot there. Kid’s clubs: Our child loved it. They wanted to go there everyday. It was our first time on Gran Canaria. I don’t think we are going to return. Who knows …

Went half board as was only £2 per day extra. No brainer. Thought we could eat out if needed but hotel food was so good we did not need to. Lovely clean rooms. Kind staff. Perfect cheap Autumn bit of sunshine. Went to local bars for live music and beach walks for some great afternoons. Would recommend this Hotel to all

Been so many times and totally love it. Such nice staff and the animations team were exceptional.. The hotel was rather subdued this year as was the resort but that's down to coming out of covid and trying to get back to normality, still it was great to be back. That beach is something else. Until the next time.....

Hotel looks great from the outside, clean, tidy and very presentable. Rooms again clean, tidy, very presentable and recently refurbished. Hotel staff were in the majority very friendly and constantly cleaning and tidying. Hotel location is great. We were on an all inclusive break for a week. Plenty of drink options available with a drink station in the reception area open 24hrs. Breakfast options great but to be honest it’s difficult to get this wrong. Snack options during the day ok at best. Lunch and evening meals dreadful, lack of variety, food lukewarm at best, not very well presented, very repetitive, no show cooking which based on the size of this hotel you’d expect. Overall this is the hotels biggest let down as everything else about the hotel is great.

Great hotel, staff were very helpful and hotel was clean and tidy, i believe it was refurbished 2mths before my visit so all the rooms very fresh and clean, location is good not to far from the beach and local shops and bars, couple of gripes those on all inclusive hogged the bar, not enough seating in the pool area/stage area and the restaurant was more like a canteen with no management on meal times so everyone tried to eat at the same time could take up to 45mins to get to the food bar, great hotel for a cheap get away but don't expect a luxury break as the hotel is too big for that personal touch.

This is a fantastic hotel for families. It is exceptionally clean, the staff are very polite and helpful and the entertainment team work tirelessly to make sure everyone feels welcome and has a great time. The food is not 5*, but then it's not a 5* hotel - it's perfectly adequate and there is tons of choice with lots of freshly prepared salad, veg fruit etc in addition to the usual fare. We're interested to see how much it will be to stay after it re-opens on October following the refurbishment as we'd love to return. The resort itself is a little tired but there are lots of great places to visit close by so this isn't much of a problem.

We got given a quiet garden view room. We were very happy with that. Beautiful and well kept gardens with sunbeds an mattresses. Very relaxing sunbathing. Food was ok, very similar to other hotels. Our little one loved the Ice-cream variety. The hotel needs refurbishment, which will happen at the end of the year. Our son fell and banged his head in the restaurant. Nothing serious, but the manager asked for our room number and the next day, they sent a soft toy and a note with it to say sorry and wish him well, which we thought it was a nice touch, as it wasn't the restaurant's fault. Free bus to the beach, but we preferred to walk. We would like to go again after the refurbishment, but probably prices will go up a lot. We can't comment on other facilities, as we did not use them. We would definitely use jet 2 holidays again due to good service and free child places.

My first two days was half board, Then I upgraded to full board, As I've never been on full board ever I didn't know that you can have your drinks included, I paid all week for our drinks, Our hotel room was a long way from the restaurant, 7th floor room 721 so far away it took me and my son 10mins !!! My son has serositis of the liver / Blind / and suffers from a stroke, No free WiFi, I suffered from diarrhea for three days, NO' I didn't have a lot of information, I don't think I would go there again, Sorry .

Very good 3 stars hotel may need a little upgrading paint and some fixtures dated otherwise fine clean throughout we we're all inclusive the meals excellent plenty of choice the beers wine and spirits served all day till eleven entertainment limited but close to resort centre and beach

Staff excellent, hotel closes this April for refurbishment for six months. So as the hotel stands now its tired, so it's unfair to judge now. Need to wait for it's reopening in october before it can be judged

So where do I Start, first of all it states FAMILY FREINDLY hotel in the brochure and on the website when it is far from this. Their version of family friendly is put your children in the kids club and sun bath around the adult only pool and if this isn't the case it sure as hell felt like it. What is supposed to be the children's pool shouldn't even be used and should be closed due to danger it poses to children. The slightest droplet of water on the floor and it becomes a slip Hazard regardless of how slow your walking or what pair of sensible shoes you have on. The lifeguard stands with his back towards the pool and rather than do his job properly he rings management to come from inside the hotel to do his job for him. In which point somebody could of drowned in that time, very negligent. The children also sent allowed rubber rings so bare this in mind when their asking you to buy then. The dining room is way too small and the food is below average and because of how many people there trying to fit into one small space by the time you've fought your way threw the endless ques your food is freezing cold. It seems to be the same sort of food everyday and wasn't doesn't get eaten for dinner is for lunch at the snack bar the next day. The rooms themself are like something from the 60's. Dark and dull and they get way to hot but you can't leave your balcony door open to let air in as you'll have a family of birds trying to inhabitat the place so that's a no. I also felt un easy walking down the corridors alone as there very poorly lit and the carpet has lumps and bumps there also isn't proper windows in some places so you never know who's watching you. The evening shows are labelled as family friendly but what type of family friendly show starts at half 9. My two little boys also suffered sickness and diaorhea from the day after we arrived till half way threw our holiday until we stopped them from drinking out the dispensed drink machine by the pool. Which we later found out the cups and straws used for this machine were left exposed to be elements and any bug that happened to be passing by. Most Of The cleaners are lovely apart from the one who was rude and got angry with us because we couldn't understand Spanish. And In my honest opinion this should be labelled as more for the older generation or just couples but definitely not family friendly!! Avoid at all costs if you actually want to enjoy a family friendly holiday!!
