Very friendly and helpful staff, room good, pools good, food very good, superb gardens, very clean and tidy. Our second time, won't be the last!

What a fantastic holiday we had at suites and villas! We hadn’t been on holiday for 7 years so we were looking forward to it and we were not disappointed. Everything was great, really impressed with the food. A special mention must go to the Animation team who really made the holiday extra special, the kids loved it and still dance along to the club dance now! I just wish I knew what the song was called so I could download it 🙂

Beautiful landscaping Food plentiful some ok some not, lukewarm as well Pool lifeguards are jobs worths and miserable, no adults allowed to use inflatables in the pools which is what you do on holiday. Rooms need updating/renovating. I’m not a moaner, I’m providing you with an honest review!

Sadly disappointed with hotel. Have stayed 4 times now and gone downhill since refurb in may 19. Food very disappointing compared to previous visits Restaurant service also disappointing compared to previous stays. Entertainment gone downhill for adults and children. Animation team nowhere near as good as first 2 visits.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, my mum was poorly one evening and they were so quick to help her, all the way through the holiday they couldn't do enough! The hotel was lovely and clean and the food was very good even for my mum who is a fussy eater....The location was perfect for our needs and the grounds and pool area were really clean and well kept, overall we had a relaxing stay.

Hotel was nicely set out and clean .Found the rooms not too our taste though as they were small chalet type rooms consisting of a small lounge , bedroom and large bathroom . There was some air conditioning in lounge but not in the bedroom so found sleeping at night very uncomfortable with heat, double bed consisted of two singles pushed together which were on wheels and tended to move when you turned over in the night and were not that comfortable. Overall the rooms were basic but clean and although there was a TV in the lounge good luck if you find any english speaking channels.Although we don't normally watch TV on holiday it would have been nice to catch up on news from home at the end of the day.The Hotel grounds were very pretty and well kept ,maintenance staff were a bit lacking as some of the outside lights near rooms were not working.Swimming pool was very clean but could have done with some maintenance as starting to look old and tired. Sun beds were always available by pool no difficulty obtaining one during the day.Dining ! mixed bag this, food was generally ok not much variety but plenty of it with lots of salad / cheese/cold meats/ fruits always available.Waiters and waitresses very pleasant but found restaurant manager quite rude and not too welcoming to English people (or so it seemed to us) We did find the staff at the sports bar very friendly and helpful though.As for the resort itself , beach is beautiful and spotlessly clean, we found the sand too hot to walk on in bare feet after about 10 am in the mornings till early evenings. If you have children there is a section of the beach for nudist bathers and there is no warning that you are entering a nudist part of the beach. As for dining out in the evening around the resort , restaurants are very expensive with poor quality food and service. For lunch time snacks we found the food ok and reasonably priced.Good selection of shops and supermarkets.Well worth a visit is Palmitos Park which is a short journey by car or public transport.
