The staff were very helpful but everyone we saw had to wait for their apartment to be cleaned on arrival. We'd been travelling for 9 hours amd had to wait 2 hrs to get in. Rooms were dated but very clean, fresh towels beds made every day! Some blocks had been renovated so maybe an on going project. Decent pool and the pool snack bar restaurant was nice too the staff were excellent. Location wise it's a slight downhill wall to aldi about 10mins then a further 5 mins to the beach. Massive amount of shops bars and food options here. Tip # go to the Sun Deck restaurant it's probably one of the best along with the Rope and Anchor. The entertainment team of Pedro and Anni played their part and kept the kids amused. All in all it was a nice break...

Good location in Residential area 10 mins walk from main resort .Very friendly,helpful staff .Clean pleasant grounds & pool area.Very good pool bar/cafe. 2bed apartment was basic & small lounge/dining kitchen. Dangerous design of toaster! Lovely large balcony.Good size bathroom(2sinks)No hairdryer as standard(luckily I took one)No bedside lamp in one bedroom. On site entertainment staff(Elliot & Cristina)very good. Mix of things to join in with if you want to. Would recommend this accommodation.

Had an enjoyable week in the complex,apartments spotless,could do with being monderised fresh towels every day, friendly staff couldn't do enough for you, pool was cleaned every day and whole complex very clean, a short walk to the centre of Cala Millor, did not eat in apartments, but shop in complex had everything you needed.

This family run apartment complex was a pleasure to stay at. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There was some form of entertainment on every night, activities during the day for children. The restaurant was small but choice and quality of food was very good.

What a gem. The appartments are roomy and comfortable and close to the pool. The pool itself is spotless and accessibke via romam steps as well as a ladder. Surprisingly it wasnt freezing. It was a lovely temperature. We were pleasantly surprised with the ranfe and quality of food on offer. The breakfasts are fantastic. The entertainment was varied and fun for all the family. We had a fab week and would definitely return.

A decent place, clean, tidy and Air Con proved vital in July. Shame about all the weirdos who horde the sun-loungers, some rising well early to display their greedy obsession. Had a decent holiday but wouldn't go back. The resort isn't great for service and restaurants. No reflection at all on Cristina Apartments which; apart from the strange people monopolising sun-loungers, was great.

We have just returned from an 11 night stay at Cristina Apartments. It matches its 2 Key rating. It is clean and basic. There is a very small kitchenette with a 2 hob burner, crockery, cutlery, kettle etc. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt but I did see a diff 2 bed apt with a much bigger kitchen and newly renovated bathroom in a different block. The reception staff were very helpful. We had an apt overlooking the pool but at night it was very noisy until about 2am. The noise came from the guests sat outside the bar talking very loudly without much regard for other guests. We asked to move to a quieter end (overlooking the restaurant) and Tracey did her best to do this for us later in the week. Sunbeds is a huge problem at this resort, the pool area is too small for the size of the complex. One member of the family gets up very early (7am) to 'reserve' beds for their family/friends. We didn't get a sunbed on any day of our stay because people put their towels on the beds first thing then often don't actually go to the pool until late afternoon - it's ridiculous! I am sure Management could have a rule that if you are clearly not at the pool (no shoes/bag etc) then you cannot put your towel on a bed! Cala Millor centre is about a ten minute walk away, not a particularly nice walk but fairly easy to do. There are several restaurants and bars. We walked to Cala Bona and got a taxi to Sa Coma on several occasions to have a change of scenery. The beach in Cala Millor is lovely - it takes about 20 mins to walk to a quieter part from the apts but worth it to get away from the pool during the day! The Animation team work hard during the day and night but it wasn't to our taste. They play games in the pool during the day, have family events (just like school sports days!) and provide entertainment at night (I can't comment on that as we never stayed at the resort in the evening). To sum up - the apts are clean, staff helpful but far too many people that return every year and think they own the sunbeds/bar area. Cristina Villas can't really be held responsible for the type of people that return every year and rarely leave the complex hence an average rating and not poor.

This was our 4th stay and that in itself speaks volumes. Lovely, upgraded bar area. All staff very welcoming and can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Had dinner in the restaurant and the food was excellent and good value for money. The beach is about a seven minute walk downhill and takes a bit longer to get back. Looking forward to returning next year.

Very friendly, helpful staff. A little far from the resort centre. We enjoyed the walk, but for others it may be a little far. We are not a poolside family, but for those that are, beware: most of the poolside sunbeds are taken by 9am.

Really nice place to stay, very friendly and welcoming. Apartment was very spacious. Cleaners changed bedding a couple of time in the week and brought us fresh towels regually. Would highly recommend to stay here. Entertainment was good all day and night.

Third time at the same apartments and they did not disappoint !! There were 13 of us to celebrate my husbands Big Birthday all our Children and Grand-children and we all had an absolute ball !!! We will be back again as the apartments and complex are just perfect
