Queen Boutique Hotel

We spent 5 days at this hotel upon someone else's recommendation, great central location within easy walking distance of main areas. The hotel management and staff were superb, whether requesting things prior to arrival or whilst there on site,nothing was too much trouble. The room had great balcony views - would definitely use this hotel again

Overall excellent. The hotel was central, equal easy walking distance between the Old Town, Wawel Castle and the Jewish Quarter. The staff were unfailingly helpful and polite. The breakfast choice was extensive. The evening restaurant meals in the hotel were pricey compared with some nearby places but were excellent , and much less than any English equivalent. There were plenty of different style, varying priced eateries nearby. Krakow itself was stunning and well worth several return visits.

Arrival was very quick receptionist was very good and professional we went to our room on third floor room 24 at the back of the hotel which I had requested which was lovely very clean very big room lovely fittings some home made chocolate sweets that the chef had made lovely touch comfy bed breakfast was amazing you could have champagne if you wanted you could have cooked there were nuts smoked salmon and trout cakes pancakes every time we came into the reception the receptionist would stand up they helped with everything we asked about

The hotel is excellent. It is very clean with lovely decor. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful with a hairdryer in the bathroom, The wardrobe has full length door mirrors. Rooms are cleaned every day. We didn't eat in the evening restaurant but the breakfast was excellent with plenty of hot and cold food and as much as you want. The location of the hotel is ideal for all sightseeing. The hotel reception staff were courteous, friendly, helpful at all times. We could not find fault with this hotel and willl definitely return and recommend.

Really lovely hotel located minutes walk from the Jewish Kazimeirz area and 10 minutes walk from the Old Town square and Wawel Castle. The hotel is modern inside with a boutique feel, it is very clean and well decorated. Rooms are spacious, we had 2 rooms as we have 3 children and we had ample space. We were on 3rd floor and both rooms had balcony overlooking Wawel Castle and a lemon grove. Beds were comfortable with lively quality bed linen. The rooms were lovely and quiet and we didn't hear noise outside of our rooms which was great. Air conditioning in the rooms was great as well. Staff at the hotel are very polite and helpful. We booked a private trip to Austwiche through the hotel reception so had our own driver in a lovely large Mercedes people carrier, the same car and driver collected us from the airport and transferred us to the hotel. The cost for both was very reasonable. The airport transfer was booked 2 months before we travelled by emailing the hotel direct, very efficient once again. The first night we ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was beautiful and very well priced. My only criticism was that the menu reminded the same during our 4 night stay, it would have been nice to have some variation and some consideration for children who have plainer taste in food. Saying that our fussy 11 year old thoroughly enjoyed her steak. Breakfast was buffet style help yourself but you could order eggs in a variety of ways and pancakes. The variety of breakfast was fine and it was plentiful. Restaurant staff were lovely and more than happy to help with anything. We would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Kraków in the future.
