Konoba Kasar is a popular choice for its brilliantly executed daily menu of the freshest fish, and its location in an old boathouse with a terrace jutting out onto the sea.

Walk along the coast from the Mali Zaton bay to the larger Veliki Zaton bay to reach a lovely pine forest, with trails leading to beautiful spots hidden away in the woods. For a more challenging hike, take the trail uphill to the nearby village of Podbrezje, on the way to the Mocilska Cave.

Stikovica Beach, in a natural inlet with beautiful views, is a popular weekend spot for locals but visit during the week and it's the epitome of tranquillity. The clear rich waters of the small shingle beach are great for snorkelling and there are sunbeds to hire and a couple of nice spots to grab lunch.
